Everything for your family is at your fingertips at this centrally-located accommodation. Close to the city center of Utrecht and yet quietly located. Train station and bus stop right around the corner from the train station. The house has a living room/kitchen and the utility room has washing machine, dryer and freezer. The toilet is located in the hall. Upstairs are the bathroom with shower and toilet plus three bedrooms. 2 with a single bed and in the attic a bedroom with double bed. Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.

Deze woning is prachtig ingericht, met grote cinewall en op slechts 1 km loop afstand van hartje centrum Breukelen. De woning heeft 2 slaapkamers, op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich de master bedroom met een tweepersoonsbed en een aparte werkkamer (in principe privé, tenzij verzocht)! Op de tweede verdieping bevindt zich nog een slaapkamer annex sportkamer met een 1 persoonsbed. Daarnaast is er een separate was kamer en natuurlijk buiten een heerlijke tuin. Parkeren op eigen terrein!

We have a comfortable and modern house at the cattle market in Utrecht. Perfect to discover Utrecht/Holland. The top 2 floors are available for the rental. What can you expect? You will share the front door and stairwell with our family. Up two flights of stairs and there you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you have an open kitchen, living room and beautiful roof terrace at your disposal. You can close your own space through a sliding door.

Enjoy this nice house with lovely south facing deep garden. 4 separate bedrooms, lovely sofa , nice dining table, new kitchen. You can watch TV via a projector. The house is less than 10 min. bikes from Centraal Station Amersfoort. Amersfoort is a nice city with museums, picturesque streets, cozy market on Fridays and Saturdays. We are in Amersfoort-Zuid, near estate den Treek and the Utrecht ridge. Ideal places to enjoy nature!

Close to nature reserves and the recreation area of the Maarseveense lakes. The cities of Utrecht and Amsterdam are also close by (20-25 minutes by car). Lovely place to relax. The house has a nice kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas stove. There are solar panels on the roof.
