This is our second time as Airbnb hosts, having hosted almost 150 reservations and achieved Superhost status there. The reviews say it all! We'll make you comfortable in our classy, colorful and convenient basement garden apartment on the Hadley/Amherst line. Close proximity to all schools in the Five College Consortium, we are surrounded by the fertile farmlands, beautiful mountains and happy valley....with a view of the UMass campus a mile away as the crow flys. Culture abounds! Due to families traveling from afar during graduation weekends, we require a 3 night minimum.

Large Quirky Sunny Farmhouse Apartment

The apartment is spacious, bright, and sunny. Full of charming and quirky old details like original windows, hardwood floors, and not many right angles. Definitely not a vanilla box. The furnishings are clean and comfortable and go with the farmhouse feel. Please note that the private staircase used to access the apartment is original to the house. It is steep by contemporary standards and the tread depths are all a little wonky.
