Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Quiet villa with large private garden, in a strategic area to visit the Flegrea area, Cuma, Pozzuoli, Naples, the Royal Palace of Caserta. The housing solution is recommended for guests arriving by car. I will personally welcome guests Tranquilla villetta con ampio giardino di pertinenza, in zona strategica per visitare la zona Flegrea, Cuma, Pozzuoli, Napoli, la Reggia di Caserta.
