We had a great stay at Azeers and Leann's place! They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The accommodation itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect: just a few meters from the beach, yet quiet and secluded, offering total relaxation. We would definitely love to come back!

this is the best stay we've had so far! I'll be back in Sri Lanka in December, as a lord Elle go I'll go here again! what and friendly people who really do everything for you! They give advice with what you can do and they take you everywhere and also with a big laugh and with nice conversations in the meantime. it's then I can only give 5 stars otherwise there would really have been a lot and much more! thank you for the great experience with your stay, highly recommended for anyone going to Ella!

What an amazing place, in a beautiful area of the island. From the moment we drew up to the gates of the Dutch House, we were greeted by the most gorgeous Dutch villa, and the all-pervasive smile of Kannan, who looked after us like members of the family during our stay. The house sits high on the hills outside of Bandarawela, up a short, but very steep road, which gives it a great vantage point over the surrounding lush hills and mountains. It’s a great climate so a gin and tonic on the veranda was a joy. We made use of the pool, and although not heated, you soon get used to it. The surrounding gardens are very well kept and have a plethora of birds and other wildlife. The food prepared by the on site chef was wonderful, as was the attentive service from Kannan. We also had the best sleep we've had during our trip. Even if you’re not in the immediate area, a drive here and a stay in this wonderful house, will surely be one of the highlights of any trip. It was for ours.

I spent 3 nights at the White Square Homestay and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean place in a beautiful house not far away from town (accessible by bus). The family is extremely friendly and they will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. They cook the best food that I have tried in my 7 months in Sri Lanka ! On top of the delicious food, I really enjoyed the balcony from which you can see peacocks, mangoose and grizzled giant squirrels ! I will definitely stay with Chandana's family again :)

We had an amazing stay at this Arugam Bay Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious, with balconies galore, offering stunning views. The interior design was both beautiful and functional, making our stay truly comfortable. The kitchen was a lifesaver for our midnight cravings, and the pedestal fans were a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. But what really made our stay special was Adam's exceptional hospitality. He ensured our comfort, from taking care of the house to kindly accompanying me to Eid prayers and even lending me his serong. Adam's thoughtfulness and helpfulness made our stay truly unforgettable. We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and had an exceptionally nice stay! We recommend it 100%. Stunning views, peaceful surroundings. Fantastic breakfasts served on the beautiful terrace. It’s even better than the pictures! The host family was extremely kind and helpful at all times. The house is located at walking distance to 9 Arch Bridge and about 15 min by tuk tuk/car from central Ella. It’s super easy to find transport and to get around. We will for sure cone back and enjoy this house and Ella! Thank you so much.

Incredibly kind host family. They were always helpful, gave us a ride into town and organized a scooter for us. We used the home stay to explore the Ella region. While Ella is super touristy, the town of the Airbnb is very genuine and we loved the hustle and bustle. It is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. You’ll have everything you need including 2 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and terrace overlooking the property.
