Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

Enjoy a private stay at this new studio W/private entrance! All equipped with a beautiful kitchenette fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave and two burner stove top. Step into our relaxing shower with a built in bench for a nice hot shower after a long day and lets not forget a good night sleep in our cozy bed. We are 5 minutes from Dameron Hospital,Ports Stadium and Stockton Arena. Walking distance to the UOP and Groceries stores, restaurants and gas stations. And 2 minutes away from I-5

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. It is located just minutes from wine tasting, breweries, weekly farmers market, and restaurants. We hope you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine curled up on the sectional in a furry blanket!
