The house is naturally cool in summer. The cozy atmosphere will charm you. Private closed garage. There is a restaurant in the village. 2 km from the nautical base, in the heart of the Condrieu and Saint-Joseph vineyards, cellars to visit, 20 minutes from the Peaugres Safari, Pilat Park, many hikes from the house.

In the heart of the village, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people. Ideal for a stay or stopover in the area. Fully equipped, the New York-style apartment will seduce you with its surface area, light, amenities and touches (tea and coffee). 2 bedrooms including 1 "canopy" , with convertible beds (double/twin). Independent entrance and private parking. Apartment located on the upper floor (ground floor entrance, private staircase to go up), not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
