The bathroom is spacious and modern, for the exclusive use of the guest. There is ample outdoor space, where you can use the kitchen, which is shared with the hosts. The neighborhood is safe in an upscale area, close to the Jaú Serve Market.

Casa Groot has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable double bed, bed and bath linens. A pantry composed of sink, microwave, minibar, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, basic utensils, dishes and cutlery, table and TV. A private bathroom with an electric shower, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies for long stays. As a courtesy, we always leave water and coffee capsules. We are pet friendly! The recanto da paz is a farm, where you will have the house for your exclusive use and a living room where 2 people live. We have pets. On this same farm, I rent another cottage. The cottages are far from each other. We have a Home office corner, in case anyone needs to work.
