Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Close to all amenities and very accessible thanks to private parking. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with 1 large bed that can be separated into 2 beds if needed. A bathroom accessible from one of the bedrooms and a separate toilet. It has a large living/dining room/kitchen.

A 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the quiet of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). The land is sloping, a few steps provide access to the entrance to the studio.

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
