You want to find a cozy nest of 50 m2 in Ancenis, town bordering the Loire, between Nantes and Angers, it's good here. The apartment is located in the city center, on a small square, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the walks on the banks of the Loire. The decoration is of the Scandinavian type but warm. It is well equipped, everything is provided, linen, bedding and toilet. It is on the 1st floor, without elevator and the garden is available to tenants.

We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Domaine de la Houssaie house 4/6 people

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for 4 adults and 2 children maximum. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to eat or relax and an outdoor area of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from 29 May to 27 September). Our house is also on this property.

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

The house is located in the countryside . It's a renovated house with charm. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Enclosed terrace, parking, boules court. Pets are allowed, but please note that I also have 2 very friendly dogs and 2 cats that roam around the village.

6 bis – Maisonette de l'Evre

Stay in the heart of Montrevault-sur-Èvre, in a cozy and fully equipped accommodation. 32 m2 designer and connected house: fully equipped kitchen ++, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart lock, cocooning bedding, QLED TV and video projector. Ideal for a couple or a solo traveler, with a unique terrace to relax after a day at Puy du Fou or a walk in Anjou. The Raz Gué guinguette and a Netto supermarket (open daily) are just a 500 m walk away.

Independent studio

A 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the quiet of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). The land is sloping, a few steps provide access to the entrance to the studio.
