A lofted 1 bedroom with King bed, living room, small kitchen and fair size shower bathroom. Interior in native spruce log and plank. A covered deck of 262sqft with private hot tub. This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Photos are very current with grass and rock designs for a fully fenced yard. This cabin is very classy rustic appeal. Wood works are from bettle kill Alaska spruce. Tim & I. built it.ll

It sits on 5 acres with beautiful views and privacy, but is also only minutes away from shopping, highway access, trails for hiking, and other activities. There is a 2nd rental available on the property if you are traveling with a bigger group. Take time to enjoy the beauty of the grounds on the shared patio between the 2 properties. You may even catch a glimpse of a moose, fox, or other wildlife who frequent the grounds.

A short drive will take you to Anchorage, Turnagain Arm, Whittier, or Portage Glacier. Seward is close enough for a day trip for a fishing charter, a wildlife cruise, or a hike at Exit Glacier. After each day’s adventures, come home to this warm and inviting space.

It is centrally located and it’s also near Kincaid Park, all shopping centers, and minutes away from downtown Anchorage.

Glacier Cabin is a one room cabin with a queen bed on the main floor and sitting area. The loft also has a queen bed, there is a ladder for the nimble to access! The bathroom features a claw-foot tub which is great for soaking after a long hike or ski. We live next door to our cabins and are here to welcome you and help you plan your adventures.
