Charming 1 bedroom condo less than 10 minutes away from the airport, downtown, and the coastal trail. Close to some of the best local food, drinks and scenery that Anchorage has to offer. Come check out your freshly remodeled home away from home! Located just 2 miles from the airport, 3 miles from downtown, and 2 miles from the inlet coastal trail. 1 bedroom has a queen bed with a full sleeper couch in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, and parking for 2 vehicles

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

5 min walk to Flattop Trailhead! Aurora! Sauna!

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Modern spacious loft with mountain views. Short walk to downtown Anchorage to see historic buildings, the Dena'ina Center, Performing Arts, Egan Center, museums, restaurants shopping ,train and cruise connections.
