The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Niceplace and above all convenient to get to the center for all activities

Wonderful week spent in Danilo's B&B, a stone's throw from the sea and with the possibility of easily reaching the surrounding areas by car or bike. We were greeted and pampered with a hearty breakfast every morning. The room was cleaned by request and had all the comforts in the description.

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

Small but nice. All super nice, the breakfast buffet was good, I enjoyed the bathroom very much. All in all, I felt very comfortable and I'd love to come back.

We were welcomed in the best way, Lara's mother immediately made us feel at home by giving us the basic directions. The super spacious room with fantastic terrace, where every morning at dawn we could admire the colors and the sea given the proximity of the house. Every morning we found breakfast ready according to our tastes, and little Mafalda (the cat) welcomed us with cuddles and purring. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to explore Le Marche. Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area but by car nearby everything you need. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and blindly book again when I go on vacation in this region. The hosts have done their best to make you feel at home in a nice, comfortable clean environment and have tips for day trips, food and many other things. We enjoyed it.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Massimiliano and Carmen welcomed us with maximum availability and a lot of friendliness. Great tips on what to visit and where to eat. Superlative cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. Super breakfast, fresh, sweet and savory products, prepared by Carmen. Quiet and peaceful area, but in a strategic position to visit the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. I definitely recommend this property run by people who care about guests.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

I only had the opportunity to spend one night in this b&b that I recommend from all points of view. Very clean room, furnished with brand new furniture and all necessary comfort. Breakfast is plentiful, with house-cooked cakes. Very nice owner and very willing to meet us both for check-in time and breakfast. Basically, highly recommended.

How had a wonderful stay in villa. Maria and Tazio are the best hosts you can imagine. They lovingly take care of all the guests The house are beautiful and modernly furnished. Our room was very clean and we felt very much. The absolute highlight is the delicious breakfast in the morning. Probably the best breakfast we've ever had.
