House holiday rentals in Ancona

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Pure relaxation in the olive grove! We spent a very relaxing, fantastically beautiful holiday in Villa Claudia. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, a fig tree and other fruit trees as well as agaves, giving you a great view of the countryside, surrounded by nature and very private (at night this takes some getting used to - especially as a city person - since you actually have no neighbors, only nature). By car, you can reach the village of San Lorenzo in Campo within a few minutes, where there are various smaller supermarkets as well as cafes. The saltwater pool we used to swim and cool off every day was our highlight. The villa is actually a rustic country cottage with everything you need. The entire villa was super clean and very well appointed. Upstairs there were air conditioners in all bedrooms, but not in the basement or living room, kitchen, ...(there was a fan available there).

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

We had a wonderfull week at Claudia's place. In the middle of nature was so peaceful. Clean apartment, huge pool, everything was as it described on the AirBnb.

Great place for a group of 4. Efficient check in and hosts communicate well. Thanks for a great stay. Wish I went when it was warmer so I could use the pool!

House really up to expectations, very spacious and bright. Elio is a truly up-to-date host. Montelupone is a beautiful place in the Marche hills....and then the artichokes 🤪🤪

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly We enjoyed it.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Daniele's for 3 days and had a great time. The house is nestled in a beautiful setting, a little outside the center of Perugia, reachable in 20 minutes on foot but more comfortably in a few minutes by car, given the many ups and downs of the city. The cottage is independent, essential but equipped with everything. Daniele and the cohosts were kind and helpful. Super dogfriendly structure, which we very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in Numana! The house is charming: spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It is ideally located for exploring the beauties of Conero. Host Alessandra was simply exceptional: welcoming, helpful, and super responsive. It made us feel at home from the first moment, also preparing delicious tastings. You can feel the attention and passion with which you manage the place. A really nice experience that I recommend without hesitation!

What can I say. This place is amazing. Host was amazing and extremely friendly The drive up to the house is just great. Being British u don’t experience things like this. The view from the gardens is out of this world. The swimming pool is fantastic. Local shop has what you need. There is a hotel in walking distance for lovely meals also a sports bar as well. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. 12 of us there plenty of room and a huge table to eat from. Thanks for one amazing stay. What a memory. 🥰🥰

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a really special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already lit, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a sense of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped to make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room in the farmhouse, from the bedrooms to the living area, is perfect for spending moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. Without a doubt, we will be back soon to relive this magic. Brand new apartment, cozy and with attention to the smallest details. The hosts are very nice, friendly and very hospitable people.....we will come back again

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.

Great accommodation for visiting the beautiful Umbrian capitals. Patrizia and her husband are two wonderful people, the place is really clean and well cared for with large outdoor spaces. I stayed with a family of two girls and we found each other divinely .

I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!
