La casetta is a small apartment made from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, welcoming, and intimate. It is on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn overlooking the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric plates and a microwave. A refuge where you can experience refreshing moments in a disruptive nature and discover a rich territory

This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of tranquility. The 5,000-square-metre property is completely fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation.
