Cash's on Broadway Restaurant & Bar. McFall's Landing event venue is less than a quarter-mile drive from where you can launch your boat or schedule an event.

Come visit our cute, quaint home located a vast piece of land just minutes from Broadway Lake access where you can cast a line or go for a swim. Spend your time away by our fire pit, grilling on the porch, or simply watching the sunset and occasional deer sightings from covered deck. This property gives you that country feel with all the modern day amenities and more. 40 min to Greenville, 28 min to Clemson, and 10 min to Downtown & Anderson University and 7 minutes from Pine Lake Golf Course.

At the RR your close to it all (5-15 by car ) to hartwell lake, tiger town, Clemson university, shopping, restaurants , sunset views etc. Waiting for you back at the space is 1 bedroom featuring a full size bed, 1 bathroom fully stocked, small kitchen w/ pots+pans and a cozy living space with games, dvds, fireplace and tv provided. Outside (H tub currently Out) Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor games, a fire or an afternoon grill out on the porch along w/a bbq grill. Kayaks are available upon request

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. This cozy charming and quiet lake property is the perfect getaway for families & friends . Located 5 minutes off I-85 and is 10 minutes to Green pond Landing, 20 minutes to Clemson, Anderson and Seneca. Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

Sweet Serenity - Rest Relax Enjoy

This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door and separate entryway. Play bags, use putting green and firepit overlooking the lake. We have 3 kayaks and floats by the water. 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party. We have an outdoor cat who's friendly and will most likely say hello to you.

Lower Half of Lake House

No Cleaning Fee. We are located on Lake Hartwell. Our goal is to keep our prices down so that families and those on a budget can enjoy relaxing on the lake for a good price. We do have a dock and we can help you locate boat rentals if you are interested. We offer kayaks and paddleboards free of charge. 20 minutes from Clemson and 7 from Green Pond Landing. Great for fishermen and students also! Come relax at the bonfire pit and grill up a great dinner!

Hartwell Escape 6 mi to Clemson Beautiful views

We recently purchased this gorgeous home on Lake Hartwell, in a secluded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood (6 miles to Clemson..ALL BACKROADS) You will have the entire bottom floor with separate entrance . Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)
