Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Good location - 10 minute walk to the town centre which has recently undergone a transformation and has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars of which we will happily recommend you some. 10/15 minute walk to Greenbank train station with trains travelling to Altrincham, Hale, Manchester, Chester. Hartford train station a short drive travelling to Crewe and Liverpool. Marbury park, Delamere forest and Anderton boat lift all nearby.

Peaceful cottage & garden in Cheshire village

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

The Fal Narrowboat at Oakwood Marina

Our narrowboat Fal is moored at Oakwood Marina on the Trent & Mersey Canal near the village of Davenham. A very friendly community which has an on site shop and tea room which opens Thursday to Monday. Within easy reach of M6 motorway. Chester is around 30 minutes away, Knutsford is 15 minutes drive, not to mention some of Cheshires many gardens of distinction and country houses. **Special offer for long term guests (over 28 Days) from 1st November 2025 until 1st March 2026!**

Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia Cottage is a ground floor self catering, self contained annex to our home. It is a one bedroomed property located in Acton Bridge, a small, picturesque village on the south side of the River Weaver in Cheshire. The property sleeps two people, however a travel cot can be provided if requested when booking. A portable high chair is also available. There is an enclosed patio area at the front of the cottage with outdoor dining. One dog is welcome at the property.

The cabin boasts a generously sized master bedroom featuring a king sized sleigh bed, with the second room furnished with wooden bunk beds. With substantial garden space to the rear of the property, we welcome guests to enjoy this rural retreat with a BBQ on the patio.

The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.

Sole Use of One Bedroom House

This one bedroomed house has been refurbished to be a light and modern living space, with galley bedroom and double glass doors overlooking the lovely garden. The kitchen and bathroom provide all the amenities you need during your stay. The property has off road parking and is a very peaceful and quiet area, even though it is walking distance to town.
