Detached with 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1 En-suite bedroom downstairs and patio/garden. Off road parking for up-to 6 cars. Ideal for events at Heaton Park which is a short stroll away. Also close to North Manchester Hospital and 15min cab, bus or tram ride into city centre. Close to M60 junction 19 and motorway network which is very handy. Nice quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Ninth floor apartment with huge 30 X 30 foot lounge in city centre home . You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.
