E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Una delle due terrazze risulta inagibile perché usata come deposito del materiale edile. La seconda terrazza quella dove c'è la lavatrice è fruibile al 100%. Potrebbero esserci dei disagi a livello di rumore da parte degli operai. Gli operai lavorano dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 7:00 alle ore 15:00 e il sabato dalle 7:00 alle 13:00.
