The lake of Parstein is in walking distance (5 Minutes). The living room could be converted into a bedroom with a double bed and a high bed for 2 kids. Bathroom (with toilet and rain-shower) and kitchen have been renovated in 2024. In a little guest house (9 sqm) max. 2 guest could sleep (very simple).

In our beautiful region you can hike for hours, ride a bike and enjoy nature. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish or go boating.

It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

The fenced garden and the approx. 40 m² living area are perfect for single people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. In the evening, grill together on the stone grill and eat together on the large half-roofed terrace, read a book on the Hollywood swing and a sandbox for the little ones. The settlement on the Kiessee is a few minutes away from the beautiful and very clean bathing lake.

TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix access are part of the amenities.

The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
