Shepherd’s Hut “Bluebell”

Bluebell is nestled in its own private garden overlooking the sea and stunning Rhinog Mountains. Picturesque hiking trails are on your doorstep with Harlech beach, town and castle a short walk away. The area has plenty on offer; scenic steam railways, the unique village of Portmeirion, sandy beaches, the excitement of Zipworld, numerous castles and Mount Snowdon (to name a few!) are just a car ride away. If you prefer not to venture out, you can now enjoy a game on our brand new pétanque pitch!

Shepherds Hut View

Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Our spacious and modern hut is located right in the middle of the Llyn Peninsula, at the foot of the mountain, and a convenient drive to nearby towns and beaches (10-15 mins). Enjoy stunning views of both sea and mountain complete with your own large fenced garden. One dog welcome charged per night. No XL Bullies. Inside, you'll find a small gas stove for cooking, a container for filling your water, and a traditional hob kettle for brewing your teas and coffees. We provide our double hut for single occupancy when our Single hut is fully booked, or if you prefer a larger bed! Please make this request when you book.
