Wonderful place and great, super attentive and accommodating hosts. I stayed here for over two months, needing peace and quiet but also tools for work and this cozy little studio had it all! This is the perfect place to for a long term stay, away from distractions but close enough to a major train station for traveling. What a great great great place.

Philippe was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The check in and check out was clear and easy. The flat is exactly as listed with all the amenities. Had an amazing experience in Liege and would recommend for a peaceful place to stay.

The accommodation is clean. Communication with Massimo was great. The decoration is quite atypical. Not very convenient to have a Motorbike in front of a large TV to enjoy your favorite shows. It may also be thought of installing a shower curtain to prevent water from overflowing outside. But great place. Serious owner, attentive and present if needed.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!
