We are in a sleepy seaside village called East Preston (also known as Angmering on Sea). Our seaside bungalow is located on a private road in a quiet neighbourhood and is only a 5 min walk from the beach. The cottage is detached, and has lovely inside and outside space. You have sole use of the accommodation. There is a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 single beds) which sleep 4 people. The village has cafes, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.

Relax or adventure at this pretty seaside cottage in the heart of the village. Only 2 min walk from the beach and a small cafe. The pretty village boasts a convenience store, 2 pubs, 2 restaurants (Indian and Chinese) 2 cafes and of course fish and chips all serving wonderful food. Dogs are not permitted in the communal garden. 5 minute drive to the South Downs for walking and cycling and amazing views. THERE ARE JUST OVER 2 OUTSIDE STAIRCASES SO THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL- SPORRY.

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
