Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Annan District

Beautiful old house in a very atmospheric alley in a highly walkable area of Tainan. A huge number of bars and restaurants nearby and the host had many good recommendations. We appreciated the self check in via door code. Street parking is quite challenging nearby, so the host recommended a large, safe, and inexpensive public parking lot about 10 minutes walk away. Dealing with the car was a minor annoyance and most guests will prefer arriving by train, but our trip required a car.

We booked the whole place for our group, we needed 5 rooms. The ground floor is separated in 2 parts, basically a small entrance and a very large bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 shower. The toilet is outside, the way is separated from the outdoor entrance by a simple hung plastic sheet. The 2 floors upstairs comprise each 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a toilet and a small bathtub. The tatami room offers only a super thin mattress, not comfortable. We were happy with the general atmosphere, the decoration and the cleanliness of the place. The location is great in Tainan, close to everything in the old city center. The owner is very reactive and kind, and the instructions are very clear with a pdf explaining everything. Self check-in, so no physical contact so it lacks a bit the "local touch" that one could expect with Airbnb, this is however nowadays the norm. Great experience anyway !

i really liked this place, I found kt preatty comfortable and I didn't have any problems with it. in the picture though the layout was not easy to understand. there are 3 Flors, the top one with 2 big beds a big bathroom and the balcony with the washer. On second floor 2 rooms with one bed and a bathroom and on the bottom floor a bathroom and the kitchen and living room with the pull out couch. I advice this for a group of about 4/6 friends.

Convenient surroundings, walking distance to business district

I stayed with six friends. It was my friend's first time in Tainan, but he was very happy with the very nice accommodation. The location was also very convenient, close to Jinenmura Street and the market. Most importantly, the host was very friendly and responded quickly to requests, and we had a peaceful stay. The room is also a very nice, nostalgic space. Each of the three bedrooms has a shower room and toilet, so you can relax in a private space. It is an accommodation that I would definitely recommend to those going to Tainan!

Great flat, comfy not far from ubike spots to visit and the night markets ! Easy communication. Just no towels and no ifi, think of bringing yourself ;)

Great stay location is also good to walk to Anping Old Street, eat, drink, walk to, but the stairs on the second floor are very narrow and too heavy suitcases may need 2 people to move better!

Pets are very friendly! There is also a pet tooth cleaning bone attached to your stay, pet water bowls, pet cooler pads The room is very clean, except the drain hole will smell bad, overall is good ~

Evie is a responsible host. she will recommend local food nearby. Her place is very convenient, can easily get food , public transport. Carrefour and watson is around the corner. I will definitely come back to her again. Cosy house, good environment

It was nice to find this place because it was back to visit family, so it made me feel like home, plus was the washing machine, parking.There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very convenient! I will definitely stay again if I go back to Taiwan!

The room and bathroom are very clean!The air conditioning is also quiet, only the pillows are hard, the rest is very ok, the overall CP is high, good parking nearby, suitable for tourists who come by car!

Located in the city and close enough to the transfer station for everything

Although it took a bit of time to communicate later that the original room could not be rented to help me change another location, the check-in experience was good and the room was clean.Sadly, it didn't close the outside window slightly and would go again if I had a chance.
