Fully south-facing, on one level, with 2 independent entrances on terraces, in the middle of cedars, linden trees, lilacs, etc. (3500 m2) Above-ground swimming pool, 9.5 m x 4.5 m, in operation from June to September, no sharing, no other tenant in the property.

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.
