PETRICORE A Lipari sul promontorio del Monte Rosa, completamente isolata, si affitta una casa indipendente ed unica a 180 gradi sul mare con vista sulla Calabria, Sicilia, sull'isola di Vulcano e sulla stessa isola di Lipari. Data la sua esposizione a sud, nelle giornate piu' belle si riesce a vedere anche il vulcano Etna. La proprietà è composta da due camere da letto, cucina e due bagni, e tutto l'esterno, compresa l'aia. Dalla casa si può accedere con un sentiero di 1km alla spiaggia.

E' sito nella frazione di Pianoconte, in campagna in un contesto tranquillo a 5km dal centro storico (necessario dunque un mezzo per spostarsi), con posto auto e moto e possibilità di usufruire di giardino e terrazza al piano terra.
