Our house with a private entrance and private garden is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is within a 6-7-minute walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay, and a 1-2-minute drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to get there by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. A pleasant walking path for those who like to walk =) Being so close to the center of Datça and having the opportunity to stay in nature is one of the elements that make our house special.

“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
