When we arrived, Manolis was waiting for us with very welcoming arms. The place was nice, clean and with all equipment that you need to feel at home. Manolis was always within reach if there was anything, and he went above and beyond to make us feel special. Anastasia's house was elegant and comfortable, in a wonderful location overlooking the harbour. A real home from home it had everything you need and was a perfect place to explore both the harbour and the village above. Good communication - a really wonderful place to stay.

We had the most wonderful stay in the lower part of Milias house. I want to be there now! We ate breakfast by the sea every morning and loved sitting outside in the evenings watching the boats and listening to the chatter and gentle music in the harbour. Our two kids loved splashing in the sea right outside, playing in the boat sofa, climbing the tree and being spoilt by the lovely neighbours. It was a little slice of heaven.

We really enjoyed the days in this beautiful accommodation - it is secluded but easily accessible on foot, the bay is magical and the water turquoise clear, perfect for swimming

We had a lot of pleasant days as a family; we came to the bends, bays, and the center with our car very comfortably. Everything was thought out in the house, we did not have any problems. Ms. Gozde was also very caring. If we go to Datçaya, we will keep in mind for accommodation.

The balcony views are wonderful, the location is really peaceful and so quiet at night. Pedi is a gorgeous bay, a few nice walkable restaurants and easy to reach the bus to get over to the main town. Dimitris was very easy to reach and the self check in/ out very convenient- it is easy to spot the house from the bus and very easy to reach by taxi at the new marina just up a some stairs. We had a lovely time watching the world go by from the terrace, and took a boat trip around the island visiting all the highlights which left from Pedi. Highly recommend getting the bus to the monastery in the south of the island and walking around the bay away from it- we saw two turtles bobbing around! Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!

An airy, lightfilled space with a most comfortable bed in the middle of beautiful, bustling Symi harbour. Great boat and people watching from the verandah and balcony. Just down a few steep steps are cafes and restaurants and walks through tiny lanes. We love Symi and enjoyed our stay at Villa Thalia.

We had an amazing week here - the place was even better than the photos and we were welcomed with open arms and told to treat it like our home upon check in. Always responsive if we had any questions throughout our stay including dropping over a new bbq tool set for us! Great swimming pool, clean spacious bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It’s well worth hiring a car, there is a local coffee shop/bar - Kaiki, who were very friendly, and a couple of local traditional places to grab some food within walking distance, but the car was great for exploring Faliraki and more of the island. Recommend Tsambika beach and exploring into the mountainous areas and lakes too - stunning scenery! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The house is just as it appears in the photos, it is a very pleasant house to have a holiday. We went to 4 adults, 2 children and had a very nice 4 days. Mr. Ali greeted us at the beginning of the street and accompanied us to the house. The house was more than missing. There was an extra large ice maker, filter coffee maker, mocha pot, Turkish coffee maker. All the kitchen utensils were very available, there were plenty of spices. They have a stocked kitchen that you can enter and use as your own without bringing anything with you. The house was big for us, but this also gave us the opportunity to use it comfortably. We went to the beach recommended by Mr. Ali to swim in the sea. Söğüt is a really quiet neighborhood, the sea is undisturbed and warm. Especially in September, the sea at an ideal temperature for families with children thinking about a holiday is never cold. Having a pool of the house was very good for the children, they left the sea and continued to have fun in the pool. There was box game for the kids. We would love to go and stay again, it was just what we wanted, thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

I would especially recommend this cute house, where we spent three wonderful days with my family, to nuclear families or small groups. Mr. Ayhan is a very friendly and helpful host, we thank him. Our garden, pool was all very pleasant and peaceful. Everything was as seen in the photos, the kitchen supplies were so many that we used the dishwasher very comfortably. It was comfortable in terms of privacy as no one came to the garden front where the pool was located. I also received the knowledge that the pool would be defeated in the next season. If you come here, you will have a very nice peaceful holiday.

Martin and Zuzana were super attentive. Always responding quickly to our questions and happy to help. They even apologised for a couple of things that were missing in the house but the house was perfect. For sure, the price was amazing for 4 rooms with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, pool and barbecue. We certainly enjoyed a lot our time in the house and will for sure repeat if I ever go back to Rhodes!

Overall, we had an amazing stay and we were so glad we booked this than a hotel. The villa was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was great and was nice to know it got cleaned every couple of days. The outside seating areas were lovely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the lounge space was big and great for socialising. We would definitely recommend and stay again if we were to return to Rhodes. We were also allowed a slightly later check out due to flight being in the evening for no extra cost which was very helpful!

The villa was a haven for us - beautifully decorated and lovely to stay in a classic villa with a refreshing pool. Spend the day at the beach and then return to the haven! Short drive in Rhodes Old Town and only a 4 minute walk to the bakery in the morning…Bliss!

We had the opportunity to stay for 2 days. The location of the house was very easy to find. The house was quite clean and tidy. There was everything in the house. Mr. Okan has always answered our questions, you can contact us with peace of mind if you need anything. It didn't take us long to get from the house to the center. Overall, we are very satisfied and would like to stay here again if we come back. Thank you so much for everything

Maria's house is right in the middle of town, just a few moments away from the centre of things (and, if you're staying at Easter, from the square where the ceremonies and dancing are performed; and the fireworks go bang). It is clean, and spacious, exactly like the photographs. Maria was friendly, responsive, and helpful. If you're on Symi, this is a fantastic place to stay.

A very charming substantial old house with a very pleasant large main room and balcony with a view over the bay. Plenty of space. Bedrooms OK if a little idiosyncratic. Kitchen not very updated. The house is between the harbour and the upper village so quite a bit of walking up and down steps is involved. Immediate access is by a fairly rough path which would be tricky with suitcases but help was provided by the host. The house is peaceful and feels very genuine and natural with trees around (and cockerels crowing!). The host Jacqueline, was very helpful and friendly and responded quickly to any issues. We enjoyed our stay here.

Didem’s house is absolutely wonderful and so spacious. The views are superb with a relaxing outdoor seating area, we spent most of our time there. The kitchen is ready for you to cook just about anything, and the fridge is spacious for the whole family. The bedrooms are clean and so is the two bathrooms. Reaching the main town has two paths, one with the steps leading down to the restaurants and shops, and another closer but hidden path heading to Migros and the local beach. Local recommendations: eat an Adana at Rio (it’ll be one of the best you have!), go on a boat tour with Ural Tur (the fish they serve is excellent), relax at the beach chairs at Gahve (excellent service and very reasonable prices)

This wasn’t just a beautiful oceanfront place to vacation but an experience of Greek life and culture. Michael and his wife Fotini create for their guests a five star experience that I would rate as one of the most unique, memorable and valued experiences I have had on Air B and B. The property is a free standing house that sits in front of Michael and Fotini’s home. It consists of two ample updated waterfront bedrooms with views, one bathroom, a kitchen and dining area. The house sits directly waterfront with only an infrequently used pedestrian path (mainly used by goats) separating you from your private lounging area on the bay with umbrella and cushions on comfortable sun beds. There is also a table waterfront as well as on the porch were Fotini delights in cooking homemade entrees that are available to order off a menu at extra cost. Drinks are also available. I recommend everything she cooks! Being served warmly and lovingly at your private vacation home is a level of luxury not usually found at this price point. But that and transport on Michael’s boat (at extra reasonable charge) is not only wonderful but helps greatly as the home is not adjacent to any street or near a grocery. It is possible to walk to one local restaurant and public beach area over a small section of rocky beach, but Michael helps you get your luggage and any groceries you want to the house by boat, easily. (If you can carry your bag easily rather than use luggage wheels you can also carry it to the property.) What might seem like inconvenience is actually more convenient and romantic and the reason why the property is so beautiful and peaceful. My father and I enjoyed our stay in this natural and quiet area and mixed it with trips into the main town and evening nightlife. If you choose to rent a car rent a very small one and you’ll have an easier time getting it close to the property due to narrow but very picturesque Greek streets. This area is now my favorite on the island. I will never forget a moonlight boat ride with Michael to Simi town and back, a lovely dinner (this time with them both too because we loved their company) at his waterfront, and the last day when Michael invited me to a local “name day” celebration at a Monastery. They also have an adorable Labrador dog Nireas, who will greet you outside with tenderness and much welcome. One last thought: the sun rises over the sea in front of this house. On a day when the water is very still and glassy your heart will rejoice!

We spent a week with our 4 kids in Georges home and it was excellent. We rented a small boat and toured the island every day. You can also easily rent scooters nearby. The apartment is beautiful with classic furniture and great atmosphere. The location is great, just in the middle of the Yialos marina near everything, and it has a great porch to sit and view the entire marina. A supermarket and grocery stores is less than 3 minutes’ walk, and also lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. George was very responsive, helpful and super nice. A great place to stay in Symi, we highly recommend it.

We were very happy in Fotini’s apartment. It was nice to realise the kitchenette and do some home cooking! Excellent bars/food places around and supermarket right at the bottom of the stairs. Fotini was very helpful and eager to assist us if we reached out. If you can manage the stairs up I definitely reconnect staying here.

Beautiful house with lots of spaces for 7 people. Excellent communication with the owners and service from Nicholas who helped us to arrive, showed us the house and the area but also answered everything we needed. The difficulties in arriving in the alleys of the upper Symi and in moving inside the house are detailed in the post/ad.
