This place has a style of its own. Located in the centre of the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The house has a private ( only for the guests ) upper terrace ( reachable by 2 ladders) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area .Sometimes cats come by to say hello , pls don’t feed them. Many restaurants and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros ,there are many!

Unique, stone traditional house, within the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The residence has been licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organization as a tourist accommodation. It dates back to the late 16th century. Completely renovated without changing its traditional character. Upstairs is the living room (with a sofa-double bed) as well as the kitchen (outdoor). Downstairs is the bedroom, with a double bed, and the bathroom. Ideal for two people, while it can accommodate up to four.

It's location is a perfect mix of close to the sea, to the center and in a quiet area. Being a private flat the apartment is available only some weeks here or there during the absence of the actual residents.

The building dates back to the 16th century and is located in the settlement of Ano Syros, near Piatsa (the center of the settlement, where the taverns, cafes-bars, the museum of Markos Vamvakaris are located) and the Cathedral of San Giorgis. Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!
