We are a family with small children who want to share our cozy guest house. Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming, etc. The accommodation is located right down to the lake. Bakery, restaurants and shopping nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is no washing machine Bed linen, sheets and towels must be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 Tenants leave the house as it is when they arrive. Nice house with a stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located between Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1,200 per day. Owner with family lives in the same courtyard and is an experienced host for many years. There is also access to several freshwater areas with perch fishing on the beach.

Short distance to the ferry and speedboat that takes you to the island kingdom outside Frøya and many opportunities for great restaurants and nice experiences.

Sea and land, here we have everything close by. There is the possibility to rent a boat in close connection to the rental. There are two different boats to choose from. Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kitchenette in the first, library in the second, bedroom with good view in the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island og Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. If you are lucky, you might even be a part of the traditional wild salmon fishing every summer. Welcome!

Stay in a peaceful and sheltered cabin with sea views, sit-on-top tandem kayak, SUP board and fishing opportunities right outside the door. Included in your stay are also farm visits to our alpaca farm one kilometer away! Perfect for couples, friends or families with children who want to relax in real nature. The cabin is of older standard, without water but with electricity. Shower facilities in our newly renovated barn on the farm.

Unique guest house for two people, located right by the lake. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, this is the place for you. The guest house can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be added. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for NOK 250.
