Beachfront holiday rentals in Antalya

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Loved the villa - super clean and10 comfortable. Easy to get taxis into Kas centre. Brilliant to have 4 king-size, comfortable beds and en suites with every bedroom. Walk in showers were great. Pool and living space worked perfectly for our group. Merve was extremely responsive and accommodating - she kindly allowed us to store our luggage at her work whilst we waited for the airbnb to be ready (which was before the 4pm check-in time). The house was missing a few basic, but essential kitchen items (oven gloves for example) - merve arranged for the items to be dropped at the villa the next day. Thank you! Would highly recommend Kas. Great restaurants and brilliant atmosphere but loved staying a little distance away, where we enjoyed peace and quiet. A couple of logisits points - it's quite hilly, and a windy road, which isn't ideal for walking to the beach or Kas. Also, no shops at all nearby so make sure to stock up in Kas before coming. A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

We have really enjoyed our stay and actually even extended it one extra night. The house was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect except for the cold water which we couldn’t deal with. I would recommend and come back again though.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

We’ve stayed in this flat for two winter months and absolutely loved the experience! It’s very spacious, equipped with everything you might need during the stay. Very stable internet connection - more than enough for video calls. It’s the only flat on the floor, so it feels really private and quiet, too. Very nice location as well - 5 minutes to the sea, around 15 minutes to the port and 30 minutes to Kleopatra beach, all easily reachable on foot. There are two big supermarkets nearby, as well as several excellent coffee spots.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

Die Villa ist einfach der Wahnsinn! Es war alles so sauber, die Möbel hochwertig und neu. Die Küche hatte alles notwendige an Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit Huma und Mustafa vor Ort war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Auch auf einige Extra-Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Wir waren hier im Januar für etwas mehr als eine Woche als Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und einem 4jährigem Kind. Der Platz im Haus hat für uns alle mehr als ausgereicht. Ein besonderes Plus bei den doch etwas niedrigeren Temperaturen war die Fußbodenheizung und der beheizte Pool! Wir kommen gern wieder!

The stay was in a lovely little house that can accommodate up to 4 people. It only takes a 5-10 minute walk to Kalkan beach, and only 20-30 mins drive to other tourist attractions such as Pattara and Kaputaş. It has several swimming pools that are shared with other neighbors. Parking place is not a worry. We had a very good communication with Ayhan Bey. Would be ideal for people who know what they want.

Unbelievably beautiful with all of the fun stuff you can think of! Jacuzzi? Got it, Pool? Got it, a Beamer and grill? Yup got it and much more! Host was amazing and incredibly friendly! We got offered some local produce and all the local knowledge you can ask for. Kas city center was 10-15 min by car as is many other attractions! Beautiful to an incredible scenery and right next to it a very cute mosque! Enjoyed our Story ALOT! Definitely will come back!

The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

This was our first visit to Kalkan and staying in a villa. We went with three adult children. Everyone had their own room with a wonderful view. The villa is well appointed, everywhere was very clean. The main living area is a wonderful social space. The pool was a bit chilly but we were there early in the season. We loved it.

Onur’s place has a beautiful view to wake up to! As described, it is a little away from the main part of town (but a quick and easy 5min drive). The home could use some rugs for the tiled floors or blankets as it is quite a chilly and spacious home (probably a great reprieve in the middle of summer though! We stayed in April). The pictures on Airbnb may be a little older than reality (eg. plants not there, reclining chairs are by the pool not on your balcony, and a few other bits, maybe not as updated as it could be). But overall a wonderful stay, and would be a great place to see if you could rent the whole villa with some friends or family! Thank you Onur

We had a fantastic stay at Enes’ apartment. The location was ideal—just steps from the beach, close to excellent restaurants, and right near the main shopping boulevard. Waking up to stunning sunrises each morning was a real highlight. Enes was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The only downside was that the beds were quite firm, which made the first night a bit uncomfortable. However, that’s just a personal preference, and from the second night onward, we added two quilts for extra cushioning, which made a big difference. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We dined at Qualista several times—delicious food and truly attentive service. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we’ll definitely be back!

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. A fantastic Villa with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Spectacular views with awesome sunsets. Large terraces on every level. Beautiful pool with amazing views. Comfortable beds with brilliant Air Conditioning. Melike was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. If you are thinking of staying in Kalkan then this villa is a little gem as the beach clubs are on your door step. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

Дом находится в самом центре города Калкан. Очень удобно в плане в походы в магазины за продуктами. Очень удобно если вы приезжаете на машине. Всегда есть куда поставить машину. В городе Калкан много пешеходных зон, куда нельзя добраться на машине, а в этом жилье доступ на машине отличный.

Arrivée de nuit mais Banu avait préparé notre accueil. Maison très propre et jardin très accueillant !! Sur place e Turquie pour y faire des courses d'orientation, nous sommes peu restés dans la maison de Banu mais elle est très agréable pour y séjourner.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, schön geräumig und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und immer gut erreichbar gewesen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir vor Check-in Uhrzeit die Villa betreten dürfen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und das alles so kurzfristig geklappt hat

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.
