We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

Frantoio is a charming portion of a Tuscan cot located in Orbicciano, half way between Lucca and Versilia. It used to be the olive oil mill of the 17th century farm it is part of. The house is located on top of a hill with olive trees, cypress, vineyards and lavender all around. Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

The house has maintained all the original features and is spartan but cozy . It is a small town 500 meters high . The house is reached by a staircase of 66 steps or by an internal path to the village that is entirely pedestrian .
