Beautiful place and great for a Winter weekend away. The wood burner made it very cosy! It has all the amenities you could need and we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Wonderful host and will definitely be back again ☺️

This cottage is exceptional! Set in a stunning, peaceful garden. The River Witham is a few steps away over a little bridge. Kathy & Alan are so warm and friendly but don't intrude, definitely the loveliest hosts we have met. The cottage is very cosy and absolutely spotless. Kathy has equipped the kitchen with everything you could possibly need and left ample supplies of dish cloths, pan scrubs, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and liquid for the washing machine and toilet roll. We have stayed in other places that have supplied the bare minimum. Comfy bed & Sofa . Hairdryer makeup mirror in the bedroom drawer. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Alan told us to treat it like home, feel free to enjoy the lovely garden. It was refreshing to not have lots of do's & don'ts rules. The only checkout request was to leave the used towels in the shower. Looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet & welcoming place to book? You have found a little haven! Easy to get in and the host came to make sure we had everything we needed. Good location for getting into Boston.

The place inside and out was amazing, so quirky with beautiful. had everything we needed. The view from the balcony terrace was stunning ideal for relaxing in the sunshine. the garden was a magical as the blossom on the trees were out. The sauna and outside bath is a nice touch. Our dog loved the walks along the canal. I highly recommend a relaxing stay here!
