Private Hot Tub Northern Tiny Home Retreat

Get cozy and settle into this rustic yet refined space. This is a brand new, finished in June 2023 tiny home, on the same property as our personal home. It has all the comforts of a full size home, including, radiant heated floors, A/C, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, two burner gas stove and a full size fridge. There is a private fenced in outdoor courtyard, with private hot tub, fire place and propane grill. As well as its own driveway with plenty of room too park a boat if you'd like.

We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! This is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath. Located in beautiful East Jordan. East Jordan Tourist Park Public Beach access is 8/10th of a mile. Jordan River Nature trail is .2/10th of a mile away. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.

Shanty Creek golf and ski just 3 miles away. Local restaurants, shops, and boutiques all within walking distance. King size mattress and a full size coach sleeper. Full kitchen with amenities. Glacial Hills Trails, Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, and all of the surrounding chain of lakes within a short drive.

This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog!
