In the middle is the living room and dining/kitchen. The space is open & flows well right to the back yard. There you are greeted with a large patio & new deck furnature. The back yard is big and great for a game of football or soccer. Walk to town from here for an afternoon of shopping or evening dinner.

We are a 2 minute drive to to Boyne Mountain ski and Golf Resort. There is a big yard and a swing set for children. This house is very close to the Boyne river and may not be suitable for young children or toddlers. We do NOT have an outlet suitable for charging EVs and the nearest charging station is located at Boyne Mountain Resort just a couple of minutes from here. please top off before arriving.
