Home from home. Comfortable, clean and just perfect for my stay visiting my daughter and grandsons. Jeanette left me a welcome present which was much appreciated as it was a return visit. Very quiet area and perfect for walking around the village. Always an asset to be able to park your car off the road too. 5 star on everything. Can't wait to go back and Jeanette living next door is a huge bonus.

Great host, we were left alone to enjoy the peace, but did have a chance meeting in the driveway. We opted for the Granary Breakfast for 2 days, where a selection of yummy homemade goodies were provided for us to serve ourselves. We loved our stay & would recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet, whilst being only a short drive from Canterbury

We spent a few days in the cottage and absolutely loved it. We really felt at home. Everything is provided for. Even games and colouring books for our kids. They loved the playhouse and their own private mezzanine with reading books (even Dutch ones!) The house is well situated, close to Canterbury and several beaches. Margate Dreamland was a blast for the kids. Would love to come back in the future!

Colin & Julian have a beautiful place to stay. The house is in the middle of a picturesque hamlet and away from the road, so really quiet. It was very clean and well later out. Colin met us on arrival and greeted us in a friendly way. He was there if we needed anything, and came to see us again before we left. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to stay in the area. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
