Beautiful chalet with 3 bedrooms and 1 open mezzanine, 100 meters from the pedestrian square of the village, its ski and sledding slope as well as its ski lifts that allow you to reach the gondolas on skis. Almost ski-in ski-out depending on snow conditions! Everything is a 3-minute walk away: - the shuttle that goes to the cable cars - the baths, shops, bars... - the bus. In the summer, enjoy many activities in the resort as well as in the surroundings and, in winter, skiing in the sunny area of Anzère!

The apartment is located in a hotel directly on the central car-free village square and impresses with the fantastic Alpine panoramic view. It consists of 4 modern rooms (3x bedroom with bathroom and 1x living room/kitchen) and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 people, as well as 2 balconies (south-facing view over the Rhône Valley, north-facing view of the village square/mountain). The ski slope ends right in front of the hotel. The gondola is a 500 m walk, bus or via 2 lifts by ski.

Sleeps 4 adults and up to 4 kids. It has 2 double bedrooms plus 2 rooms with bunk-beds suitable for children. There are also 2 bathrooms (each with bathtub & shower). This apartment also has two large balconies where you can relax and have your meals while admiring amazing views of the mountains.

The living room consists of a living room with sofa bed, fireplace and TV all overlooking an open kitchen with dining area equipped with a dishwasher, oven, raclette oven, pancake party, cheese and meat fondue set, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, blender. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Large terrace with lawn, table, chairs, grill. Children's games and books.

Renovated with love by my husband René over several years, the chalet has a lovely welcoming vibe and hosts guests from around the world at different times of the year. Anzère is a ski resort in from December to April and a lovely place to come with family and friends the rest of the year to hike, bike, paraglide, enjoy the spa or simply relax in the garden. Nice attic studio with balcony overlooking the village square. Ideal for two adults and two children. It includes: a double bed and a pull-out bed suitable for two children – a kitchen with dining table – a sitting area with TV – a bathroom with bathtub – a wardrobe – a storage cabinet. The building is close to restaurants, the playground, shops, thermal baths and many activities organized by the municipality. You can get everywhere on foot.
