This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots nearby that are frequently featured on TV, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Bread Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

In spring, there is fresh green, in summer, there are plenty of leaves, in autumn, there are yellow and red leaves, and in winter, you can see the Great Ship Kannon behind the branches that have fallen. There is no parking lot because it is only accessible by stairs. Instead, there is no sound of cars, only the chirping of birds, the sound of squirrels running around the roof, and the sound of the wind shaking the leaves. Go out into the garden, cut seasonal flowers, and bring them into the room. Grind coffee beans with a mill and brew your own coffee. It's close to the station, but you can enjoy a special space because cars can't enter. The host lives on the same property and is available to help anytime, so you can stay with peace of mind.
