There is direct metro transportation from Izmir airport. It is also 20 minutes by tram to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. Our house is located very close to Urla İskele, and there are Migros, Şok and Bim supermarkets nearby. You will have exclusive use of 250 m² of green space. Parking vehicles in the garden is not permitted. Hot water and heating are provided thanks to the natural gas combi boiler. The coast of the sea is sand and suitable for children. The beach is 600m away from our house.
