Beautifully converted barn, I lovingly restored it over the last 10 years, to the highest standards to offer a modern country living. I made it as my dreams evolved, including a home cinema, underfloor heating, internal courtyard for barbecues etc. Tucked away in a pretty village with it's bakery and convenience store, yet with easy access to stunning local countryside, historic villages and castles. The house is perfect for family celebrations or to get away from it all whatever the weather.

Usson-en-Forez: beautiful authentic country house

Located in the Loire, bordering the Haute-Loire, on a variant of the road to Compostela, this house is located at the entrance to the village of Usson en forez, renowned for its air, where there are bodies of water for fishermen and swimmers, as well as a tree climbing. At the place called Grangeneuve ; it is part of a group of dwellings forming an enclosure, giving it an intimate character; 8 minutes walk from the center where one finds all amenities for a stay in complete tranquility.

Loft at Moulin Chandy

The loft is furnished, with authenticity, in the former Moulin Chandy, adjoining our house, in a quiet and relaxing natural site, on the banks of the small river "Champdieu", in the town of Usson-en-Forez, 5 km from the village and its shops. This place is ideal to recharge your batteries, at the confluence of the Loire, Haute-Loire and Puy-de-Dôme departments. There are plenty of walking trails on site and it is possible to cool off in the river, or even to fish.
