Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
