Next to the Alpe Adria cycle path that takes you to the island of Grado surrounded by the lagoon.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is distributed on one level.

The strategic location of this accommodation allows the guest to travel by a means of their choice. It is a 5-minute walk to the FV and bus station, from where in 1h 15 min you will be in Venice and in 40 min in Trieste. There are excellent bike paths to reach the historic places of Aquileia-Grado and Palmanova, natural oases such as the Marano Lagoon and Cona Island. Sea, lakes, hills all nearby to visit in a day. The airport is 15 minutes by car.
