Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, that I rent when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. Cozy 1bed/1bath of about 40sqm (430 sf) in the city center of Udine. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (walk up) and overlooks the quiet Via del Sale. The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in the city as of 02/01/25. The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.
