It's near the metro station and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor that is open 24 hours which is convenient.

Great place to stay with great communication. Location is also pretty good for reaching Downtown attractions by walking and other places in the city by car.

I had a fantastic stay at Amar’s. It was a very comfortable base for a couple to explore Dubai. The facilities (pool, gym, etc) were great. Amar’s communication was all very prompt and helpful.

We spent two weeks here and had a fantastic time! The location is perfect for exploring and is surrounded by great restaurants. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious and Adam and Donna were both extremely responsive and helpful when contacted. We would recommend their place to anyone and would love to stay again 😊 Thank you Adam and Donna!
