The condo is located on the second floor and just a short walk (0.08 miles) to an assigned fishing and boating pier. It's also just 2 miles from Aransas Bay and Rockport Beach, making it a great location for beach-goers. Watch the 4th of July fireworks display from the balcony. The condo is also perfect for Winter Texans and Snowbirds looking for a winter home.
