Nestled in the untouched nature, on the edge of a forest, the KernAlm is a special spot of originality. In the morning you will be woken up by bird chirping and the first warm rays of sunshine that shine through the window, and in the evening no sound disturbs a quiet sleep. Es stehen eine Küche mit E-Herd und Elektrobackofen, eine Stube mit Kachelofen, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie 1 WC im Untergeschoß, 1 Doppelzimmer mit Bad (Dusche und WC), ein 5-7-Bett-Zimmer und ein Spiel-/Leseraum (Durchgangszimmer) im Obergeschoß sowie WLAN zur Verfügung. Bewusst wird auf einen Fernseher verzichtet, um den Erholungsfaktor zu erhöhen. Zudem wird auf natürliche Bauweise und naturbehandelte Möbel großen Wert gelegt.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Numerous hiking trails in the Gusental region and bike paths lead directly through Katsdorf!

House on the Meadow

Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.

Our rooms are located in the middle of the village of Steinakirchen. In the immediate vicinity are shops, banks, inns, pharmacy, hairdresser, ... In the house itself there is a restaurant/pizzeria. There is plenty of private parking next to the "Green Tree" or on the opposite side of the street. The savings market right nearby has a small bistro where you can have breakfast.
