An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, woodland and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be staying surrounded by nature, with maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm, which I run according to permaculture principles. In the meadows, there are deer, chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

House in the countryside

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the streets, connected to our organic farm, our Isidor caravan sits enthroned, surrounded by fields, meadows and pastures, on a sunny southern slope in the middle of the gentle Mühlviertel hills with views of the Alps and long sunsets. Your thoughts will calm down on their own, and your body and mind will breathe a sigh of relief. A holiday in our Isidor will let you feel what is really important.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

Cozy vacation home on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and a hot tub for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

House and garden is for your exclusive and sole use! Our romantic, over 300-year-old country house is situated in a sunny position on a hill near the Danube and the idyllic Danube lake. The unique cultural landscape of the Wachau with gentle hills, fields and meadows invites you to relax and enjoy. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony.
