An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, woodland and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be staying surrounded by nature, with maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm, which I run according to permaculture principles. In the meadows, there are deer, chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

The lake is only a 7-minute walk away, as is the village centre. Get on your bike and explore the Salzkammergut right from the front door. Many walking and hiking trails start nearby. On the spacious terrace, you can start your holiday day with breakfast overlooking the lake and end it with a barbecue evening.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look out over the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan run. You will find cosy sleeping areas upstairs. Come and relax – in this cosy and quiet cottage on the mountain. My holiday home in Ebensee can accommodate 6 people and is in a quiet location on the mountain. It has been redesigned and has a wonderful rustic charm without being overloaded. Please note: the house has no direct access road. You go up some steps and along a 200-metre path to the house. You can park on the street. You have to be a good walker!

Am 4000 m2 großen Privatgrundstück befinden sich noch ein kleiner Stall mit Zwergziegen, ein Brunnen, ein Troadkasten und das Wohnhaus des Vermieters.
