Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Renovated in 2021, our house has a garden and two terraces (overlooking the courtyard and garden). It is located in the Mauret district, 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, Carrefour City, fishmonger, greengrocer, wine cellar, hairdressers, restaurant, La Poste, oyster farmer). It's easy to get around by bike thanks to the bike path that runs along the coast. Note: linens are not included but can be for an extra €10 per person.

Wooden villa facing the sea - 4 to 6 people

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

My accommodation, rated 2 stars by Gironde Tourism, is halfway between Acachon-Pilat and Cap Ferret. The bike path that surrounds the basin is 100 meters away. Shops are nearby and local markets are not lacking. The outbuilding has its garden, trees all in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fisherman's hut, all wooden, reflecting the authenticity and spirit of the bay. The comfort is modern and perfect for spending pleasant moments.

My place is close to the city center, parks , the beach , oyster port, and restaurants . Shops nearby . Bike paths 200 m away to discover the Atlantic beaches and go around the Arcachon basin, two bikes are at your disposal. You will appreciate it for its calm and comfort.... It is perfect for couples, possibly for couples with 1 or 2 children, solo travelers and four-legged companions who will be safe

Nice duplex studio in Claouey for 2 people, warm and bright cottage feel. Small private fenced wooden terrace, free parking. You will be ideally located close to the forest, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and the summer market, direct access to the bike path.
