In the middle of the small town Methoni in the southwest of the Peloponnese stands the villa "An olive tree, a lemon and a house". It is a renovated authentic Greek stone house. In the ground floor we have a spacious one room studio / loft with your own cooking area - 500 m to the beach and approx. 25 min. by car to the next golf course. -- Completed in 2019, new air con in 2023

Villa Axiothea (the name is taken from the first female student of the ancient philosopher Plato and lived in Nemea during the 5th century B.C The house is 120 sq m and located on the first floor of the property in the countryside and in a quiet neighbourhood.The pool opens from:12/6-end of September It features neoclassical furniture, 3 spacious and clean bedrooms, a new fully equiped kitchen,a living room,one bathroom and a gym room! A big garden with a pool and kids swings.
