We live in Arcadia (the land of happiness), nature reserve Parnonas, Peloponese. You will find the traditionnal greek life with the kindness of the local people. The house is built in the respect of the nature, in olive and orange grove, full east, direct access to the sea, near climbing spots. Very nice villa in traditional stones of 189 m2 with all the comfort, facing the sea, rising sun, with access to two wild beaches, SWIMMING POOL. Comfortable for 6 persons max.

It has its own balcony with panoramic views, garden, private pool with 4 sun loungers, umbrella. Ideal for a couple or a family of three. The space is air conditioned with heat pumps.

The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round.
