The best location of the house in Odessa! 9Pearl! An apartment with the best panorama of the Odessa Bay! 170 meters to the descent to the health track and the best beaches! (there is no closer in the city!) The best security, 24h video surveillance! 7 minutes walk to the Ibiza and Ithaca clubs. A gated guarded area with the best yard, fountain, supermarket, beauty salon, cafe. 150 meters away there is a fitness center, swimming pools. The house has its own generator, the elevators are always working and there is hot water.
