Underfloor heating provides discrete background warmth and there is a modern wood burning stove to give an enhanced level of cosiness.

It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.

Close to the village of Aberlour and all amenities attached I have an outdoor seating area At the front for morning sun and my back garden is perfect for sunset and to cook from my charcoal barbecue available for use close to the kitchen at the back doorstep
